Bernice RV Park / Good Times Recreation LLC and/or Affiliates
Welcome to Bernice RV Park. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests. These policies apply to all guests, visitors, and occupants staying at Bernice RV Park operated by Good Times Recreation LLC and/or any affiliated entities.
By staying at Bernice RV Park, guests agree to comply with the following policies and guidelines.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
If you need to adjust check-in or check-out times, please contact the office.

All guests must check in with the park office attendant upon arrival.
Reservation Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation or register for a site.
The person making the reservation must:
Be present during the stay
Provide valid identification at check-in
Be responsible for all occupants and visitors associated with the reservation
Registration Requirements
All guests must complete registration upon arrival.
Guests must provide:
Valid government-issued photo ID
Vehicle license plate information
RV license plate or tag information
Proof of current RV insurance
Names of all occupants staying on the site
Only registered guests may occupy a site.
Guest Responsibility
The registered guest is responsible for:
All occupants staying on their site
All visitors to their site
The supervision and safety of children
Any damage to park property
Registered guests must ensure visitors follow all park rules.
Children
Children under the age of 14 shall not be left unattended in the park.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome but must follow park rules.
Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
Management reserves the right to limit or restrict visitors if necessary.
Speed Limit
For the safety of all guests and children: Speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.
Golf Cart Rules
Guests may bring personal golf carts.
Rules include:
Drivers must be at least 14 years old
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in golf carts
No exceptions
Golf carts must follow park speed limits
Carts must be operated safely at all times
Management may restrict unsafe operation.
Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful environment:
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Internet Access
Internet access may be available; however:
Internet access is not guaranteed.
Service may be affected by weather, equipment issues, or provider outages.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with the following rules.
Allowed Pets
Dogs under 50 pounds
Maximum two pets per site:
Two dogs
Two cats
One dog and one cat
Restricted Breeds
The following breeds are not allowed:
Pit Bulls
German Shepherds
Rottweilers
Dobermans
Mixed bully breeds
Management may refuse or remove any aggressive animal.
Pet Requirements
All pets, including cats, must be on a leash at all times
Pets may not be left outside unattended
Owners must clean up pet waste immediately
Guests may use pet waste disposal stations
Cat litter must be bagged and placed in dumpsters
Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is not allowed
Management determines unacceptable pet behavior.
Site Use & Property Rules
Grass Protection
Large mats, carpets, or coverings are not allowed on grass areas.
Small entry mats are acceptable.
Vehicle Restrictions
Vehicles may not be placed on blocks.
One tow vehicle or golf cart per site
Skirting: Permanent or semi-permanent skirting is not allowed.
Decks & Structures
Decks must:
Be mobile or temporary in nature
Not permanently attached
Be pre-approved by park management
Management may require removal of unapproved structures.
Site Respect
Guests and visitors must not cut across other RV sites.
Please use designated roadways and walkways.
Sewer Connection Rules
Sewer hoses must be properly supported and off the ground
Sewer lines must maintain a continuous downward slope
Water Usage Rules
Park water may not be used for washing:
Personal vehicles
Boats
Golf carts
Other motorized equipment
Freezing Weather Policy
During freezing temperatures guests must:
Disconnect and shut off water connections, or
Use approved heat tape
Guests staying during winter must have an RV with an approved Arctic Package designed for cold weather use.
Trash Disposal
Trash must be placed only in designated dumpsters or trash disposal areas.
No dumping of trash, liquids, or debris on park property.
Fire Safety Rules
Fires allowed only in approved fire pits or grills
Fires must never be left unattended
Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the site
Local fire restrictions must be followed
Generator Rules
Generators must:
Be operated safely
Not create excessive noise
Not disturb other guests
Generators should not be used during quiet hours if disruptive.
Storm Shelter
Bernice RV Park does not provide a storm shelter.
Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and taking appropriate safety precautions.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may be consumed only at individual guest sites.
The following are not permitted:
Public intoxication
Alcohol use in common areas
Drunken, disorderly, or unsafe behavior
Violations may result in immediate action by management.
Guest Conduct Standards
Bernice RV Park requires respectful conduct from all guests and visitors.
The following behavior is not permitted:
Crude, obscene, or offensive language in common areas
Bullying, harassment, or intimidation
Threats toward guests or staff
Aggressive, disruptive, or menacing behavior
Management determines violations of conduct standards.
Site Cleanliness
Guests must maintain their site in a clean and orderly condition.
The following are not permitted:
Accumulation of trash or debris
Storage of broken equipment or appliances
Dumping waste or liquids on the ground
Excessive outside storage of personal items
Monthly / Long-Term Stays
Monthly guests must:
Maintain current registration
Provide vehicle and RV registration
Maintain active RV insurance
Pay monthly site fees on time
Monthly stays do not create landlord-tenant rights unless stated in a written agreement.
Liability Protection
Guests stay at Bernice RV Park at their own risk.
Bernice RV Park, Good Times Recreation LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents are not responsible for:
Injury to guests, visitors, or pets
Theft or loss of personal property
Damage to RVs, vehicles, or personal belongings
Damage caused by weather or natural events
Guests are responsible for maintaining proper insurance coverage.
Hold Harmless Agreement
By staying at Bernice RV Park, guests agree to hold harmless and indemnify Bernice RV Park and Good Times Recreation LLC from any claims or damages arising from:
Use of park facilities
Guest activities
Actions of visitors, children, or pets
Oklahoma Eviction Policy
Management may terminate a guest’s stay for:
Nonpayment of site fees
Violation of park rules
Illegal activity
Property damage
Threatening or disruptive conduct
Guests required to leave must vacate the property immediately or within the time specified by management.
Failure to leave may be treated as trespassing under Oklahoma law.
No refunds will be issued for removal due to rule violations.
Policy Enforcement
Management may enforce park rules through:
Verbal or written warnings
Requiring correction of violations
Restricting activities
Removal of guests or visitors
Termination of stay without refund
Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the property.
Management Authority
Bernice RV Park / Good Times Recreation LLC reserves the right to:
Interpret and enforce park rules
Modify Park policies when necessary
Refuse service
Remove guests who violate park policies
These rules exist to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
