Bernice RV Park / Good Times Recreation LLC and/or any Affiliate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) exists to help connect campers with a safe, enjoyable camping experience. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use describe how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website or book a stay with us. See Website Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. 

These policies are in place to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests. By staying at Bernice RV Park, you agree to follow the rules outlined below.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: Between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • For additional assistance, please call 918-314-5465.

Registration, Insurance & Long-Term Stays

  • All guests must provide valid ID, proof of insurance, and vehicle tag information.

  • Background checks are required for long-term stays. 

  • Registered guests are responsible for all visitors, children, and pets on their site.

Internet Access

  • Internet is never guaranteed and is not currently provided.

Quiet Hours & Noise

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Any excessive or disruptive noise after 10:00 PM is not permitted.

Speed Limit

  • 5 MPH speed limit throughout the park

  • Please help us keep dust down and ensure everyone’s safety.

Children & Guest Responsibility

  • Children under the age of 14 may not be left unattended.

  • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children and guests at all times.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome. For the safety and comfort of all guests, Bernice RV Park restricts pets based on size and breed. Dogs over 50 pounds and dogs considered aggressive or of aggressive breeds—including but not limited to Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and similar breeds—are not permitted. 

  • Management reserves the right to refuse any pet deemed disruptive or unsafe.

  • All pets must be on a leash at all times.

  • Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time.

  • Owners must immediately clean up pet waste.

  • Cat litter should be disposed of in a trashbag into our designated dumpster.

  • Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests, including excessive barking or aggressive behavior.

  • No more than two dogs per site.

Parking & Vehicles

  • No washing of vehicles or boats on park property.

  • You are welcome to park your boat or tow vehicle in the grass beside your rig.

  • As a courtesy to other campers, please limit your guests to parking in your designated site area only. Free parking is available at the state park if you have more than your site can accommodate. 

  • NOTHING can obstruct the campground road in any way at any time. The roadway must be kept clear at all times.

Sites, Yards & Appearance

  • Sites must be kept clean, neat, and orderly at all times.

  • No large mats on grass.

  • No debris — sites must remain clear for mowing and maintenance.

  • Decks must be mobile, well-maintained, and pre-approved by management. (ex. Blok Dek is approved).

  • Please do not cut across others’ sites. Use the road for walking and always use caution.

Utilities & Weather Precautions

  • Sewer hoses must be off the ground with a continuous downward slope.

  • Water is not to be used for washing personal vehicles or boats.

  • During freezing temperatures:

    • Water connections must be disconnected and shut off.

    • Winter guests must have an approved arctic package.

Trash & Cleanliness

  • Trash must be taken to the designated area.

  • No dumping of trash, debris, or personal waste on park property at any time.

  • If you use the common areas (firepits, playgrounds, etc.), please clean up after yourself, your guests, and pets. 

  • Make sure that your site is free of debris at all times. Please clean up your site before checking out. 

Campfires & Safety

  • No campfires allowed at campsites. We have a communal firepit for guests. 

  • Bernice RV Park is not responsible for accidents, personal injury, or property damage.

  • The park does not provide storm shelters. Bernice RV Park is not responsible for damage or injury caused by storms, natural disasters, or acts of God.

Appropriate Behavior & Prohibited Activities

Bernice RV Park is a family-friendly campground. All guests are expected to behave in a respectful, courteous, and safe manner at all times. Any behavior that interferes with the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.


Alcohol/Drug Use

  • Alcohol is permitted at individual campsites.

  • Public intoxication is not allowed, including in common areas.

  • Drunken, disorderly, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate action by management.

  • If it’s illegal, it’s not allowed.

Conduct & Language

  • Crude, obscene, or offensive language is not permitted in common areas. Please refer to the Quiet Hours & Noise Policy. 

  • Harassment, intimidation, threats, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Guests may not engage in aggressive, disruptive, or menacing behavior toward other guests or staff.

Use of the Service

By using this service, you’re agreeing that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age

  • You’ll use it in accordance with the Terms and Conditions

  • You are making a legitimate reservation for you and/or any other person(s) whom you legitimately represent

  • All info you enter is accurate and complete

  • Bernice RV Park reserves the right to deny you access to this service for any reason.

  • We use an online third party service for all reservations unless otherwise invited. 

Liability Disclaimer & Reservation Terms

We make every effort to ensure accuracy. Pricing, site availability, and services are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. Errors may occasionally occur. Bernice RV Park reserves the right to correct any pricing or reservation errors at any time. Published rates will be honored only when availability allows and when the error originates directly from Bernice RV Park, not from unauthorized third-party sources.

By making and accepting a reservation, you agree to all Bernice RV Park Terms and Conditions. You further agree to hold Bernice RV Park harmless from any claims, losses, damages, fees, or inconveniences arising from your stay, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, service interruptions, or reservation changes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bernice RV Park from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, or fees arising from your use of the park or the actions of any guests registered under your reservation.

You also agree to accept responsibility for any guest you may invite to your site or accommodation, including all guests registered under your name. Guests are fully responsible for the conduct and actions of all individuals registered under their reservation, including visitors and invited guests. If bringing pets, you agree to comply with all Bernice RV Park Pet Policies.

Bernice RV Park shall not be liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of other guests, visitors, or third parties. Guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with interactions with others while on park property. Guests acknowledge that Bernice RV Park is not responsible for damage caused by other park guests, their pets, their children, and their guests. 

Bernice RV Park may assist guests with booking or arranging services, rentals, or activities provided by third parties, including but not limited to kayak rentals, marina services, or excursions. Even when booked through Bernice RV Park, all such services are provided by independent third parties and are solely the responsibility of the guest and the provider. Bernice RV Park does not own, operate, or control third-party services and assumes no liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in such activities.

Enforcement

Management reserves the right to refuse service or require any guest to leave the park for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to intoxication, harassment, aggression, or repeated disturbances. 

Removal for any policy violation will result in immediate termination of stay with NO REFUND.

Disputes

Bernice RV Park reserves the right to refuse service to any party based upon the laws and regulations of the state in which service is delivered; all disputes will be settled out of court and/or through an arbitrator if it becomes necessary.
